Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication and analysis skills within a dynamic environment. The position involves engaging with customers via multiple channels, including phone and digital platforms, to resolve issues and promote our services effectively.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry systems.
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.
Provide multilingual support in English and Spanish to accommodate a diverse client base.
Analyse customer feedback and issues to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Follow organisational procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
Ability to engage in upselling techniques while maintaining professionalism.
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment whilst independently resolving issues. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service whilst developing their professional skills in a supportive setting.

Pay: From £25,420.00 per year
