Saturday- 6:30am- 6:30pm

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage and maintain schedules and appointments.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Organise office supplies and ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming.

Skills

Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation and attention to detail.
Proficient in data entry processes.
Excellent with Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
