Job Type: 6-months contract with possibility to extend

We give people the tools, guidance and clarity they need to find, fund and navigate fertility care with confidence. This includes helping patients better understand both NHS-funded and private treatment options.

Our platform is independent of clinics and built around meeting patients where they are.

We support thousands of active patients and work with a growing network of fertility providers across the UK and Spain. Our goal is to help people feel more informed, more empowered and less alone when making decisions about their care.

The Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Patient Care & Community Coordinator who’s excited to make a meaningful difference in people’s fertility journeys. This is a unique opportunity to support individuals through one of life’s most emotional experiences while building and nurturing a trusted, empowering online community.

You’ll be a key point of contact for people exploring fertility treatment through Seen Fertility providing clarity, reassurance, and a caring presence. Whether via WhatsApp, phone, email, or social media, you’ll help patients feel informed, confident, and supported at every step.

You’ll also care for our digital community, creating a welcoming, safe space where members can connect and share experiences. You’ll take ownership of events that bring our community together, and through regular contact with users, you'll help shape how we improve our platform and services.

What You’ll Do

Care Navigation & Community Engagement

Act as a warm, informed guide for people navigating fertility treatment, helping them explore options and connect with our clinic partners.
Run structured advisory calls, offering personalised and actionable guidance based on each patient’s goals and circumstances.
Support patients across WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media with clear, empathetic communication.
Manage our email and messaging channels, building trusted relationships across our patient community.
Monitor and support our online community, ensuring it remains safe, inclusive, and supportive.
Plan and run online and in-person community events.
Conduct weekly analysis to identify opportunities to improve our patient care and community support experience.

What We’re Looking For

2-5+ years experience working directly with patients in a fertility clinic or reproductive health setting
Exceptional communication skills, with a warm, professional tone across both written and verbal channels
Highly organised, with a flair for planning and delivering events
A deep understanding of the fertility patient journey, and how to adapt communication styles to individual needs
Experience managing or contributing actively to online communities
A self-starter with energy and initiative
Proactive, empathetic, and excited to be part of a growing company that’s redefining what fertility support looks like
