Company: Marvellous Greens and Beans

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic General Assistant/Barista to join our dynamic team at Marvellous Greens and Beans, a vibrant farm shop/coffee shop known for its delicious, healthy offerings and exceptional customer service. If you love coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for helping customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages to customers with a smile
Assist with food prep, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the shop is clean and well-organized
Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Support daily operations, including cash handling, order taking, and general assistance to team members
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Key Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is desirable
Passion for coffee and creating a great customer experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
