Full job description

We are now recruiting for a host to join our team at The The Magic Garden.

This is a full service role, that expands our team & focuses on our customer service - leading the team from the front and working to put your stamp on an award winning space in the centre of Nottingham.
We are looking for a people person, who is hands on, leads and inspires their team through their hard work and values.

Your Role…

Welcome guests to the venue.
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
Manage reservations.
Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress's name.
Greet customers upon their departure.
Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options.

The ideal candidate will have…

At least 1 years' experience as either a supervisor or team leader, with a proven track record in a high volume establishment - ideally with a focus on quality in a restaurant background.
Strong Industry knowledge.
Strong financial understanding.
A strong outgoing personality with the ability to lead from the front.
A keen attention to detail and high standards of service.
