Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and supporting the efficient flow of food production processes. Your proactive approach and mechanical knowledge will contribute to delivering high-quality products while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities

Operate and monitor food production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance.
Follow strict food safety procedures, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols, to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
Assist in preparing ingredients and packaging materials according to production schedules.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards.
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and quality checks.
Support cleaning and sanitation efforts in line with food safety standards to uphold a hygienic work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Skills

Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating quantities, and recording data accurately.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
