Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to join our dynamic team in the Automotive industry. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience. You will also support sales staff when needed. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will help maintain smooth daily operations, support administrative functions, and foster a welcoming environment for all stakeholders. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office and administrative expertise within a vibrant workplace. You will also be tasked with Social media content updates, and cover handover procedures if required so a flexible approach to work will be required. The ideal candidate will be a confident person that has great social skills, organisation and positive can do attitude and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, transferring or taking messages as needed
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings efficiently
Support office operations by ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests, registering warranties, checking invoices.
Assist with basic administrative projects to support team needs and office efficiency

Requirements

Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism is helpful
Administrative experience with proficiency in managing schedules, correspondence, and basic office software
Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident in interactions with visitors and colleagues
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for smooth daily operations
