Overview

Effstone Events is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and creative Event Host to lead our Sip & Paint experiences across Manchester.

This is not just a painting role – you will be the face of the event, creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Hosting Sip & Paint events for groups of up to 50 guests
Guiding attendees through a painting session in a fun and engaging way
Speaking confidently in front of large groups
Creating a lively, positive and entertaining atmosphere
Working closely with the Event Manager, event staff and venue teams
Helping ensure events run smoothly from start to finish
Delivering exceptional customer experiences

Essential Requirements

Must be based in Manchester or the surrounding area
Must be confident speaking in front of groups of up to 50 people
Must have a friendly, bubbly and outgoing personality
Must be reliable, professional and punctual
Must be comfortable leading and engaging large groups
Must have painting experience

Desirable (But Not Essential)

⭐ Experience teaching art or painting
⭐ Experience hosting events
⭐ Experience in hospitality, entertainment or customer-facing roles
⭐ Public speaking or presentation experience

Pay & Benefits

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people. You don't need to be a world-class artist, but you do need the confidence to stand in front of a room full of guests, keep the energy high, and help everyone have a fantastic time.
