Full job description

We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Midhurst Vets on a part-time basis.

Our well-equipped practice features digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, multiparameter monitoring, and laser therapy, giving you the tools to deliver excellent patient care

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

26.5 hour per week

Working a rota basis Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Booking, cancelling and changing appointments.

Deal with cash exchanges and end of day banking procedures.

Attend reception team meetings as and when requested.

Keep client/patient records up to date.

Check clinic emails and process appropriately.

Ensure all daily paperwork completed.

Maintain stock levels on a daily basis.
