About Us:

Join our dynamic team at Formula Elite, a taxi service provider in Flintshire. We pride ourselves on offering reliable and efficient transportation solutions to our community. We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist/Desk Operator to join our office team.

Job Description:

As a Receptionist/Desk Operator at our taxi office, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include taking and dispatching bookings, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take customer bookings over the phone, via email, and through our online booking system.

- Dispatch bookings to drivers in a timely and efficient manner.

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and drivers.

- Keep accurate records of bookings, dispatches, and customer interactions.

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training can be given

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.
