Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively dining environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, be well-presented, and eager to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the food service industry while working in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, creating a friendly first impression
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer preferences are noted
Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness
presentation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
Support baristas with beverage preparation during busy periods
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during service hours
Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety standards

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for motivated individuals
Experience with food safety practices is advantageous
Barista experience or background in restaurant environments will be considered a plus
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques is beneficial
A genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
