About the Role:

We help businesses keep their service requests, user issues, technical updates, and internal support processes running smoothly.

We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator who can support daily technical service activity and help keep communication clear between clients, users, technical teams, and management. You are not just logging tickets; you are helping organise support requests, track progress, follow up on issues, and make sure users receive timely and professional assistance.

You will work closely with service desk staff, operations teams, client support, and technical specialists to make sure requests are recorded accurately, priorities are clear, and issues are followed through properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support Coordination: Log, track, assign, and follow up on technical support requests from clients, users, or internal teams.

Ticket Management: Update service tickets, monitor pending issues, record actions taken, and ensure requests are handled within agreed timeframes.

User Support: Provide first level support for common issues such as login problems, email access, software questions, device setup, basic troubleshooting, and service updates.

Team Communication: Work with technical staff, operations teams, and management to share updates, escalate issues, and keep priorities clear.

System and Record Updates: Maintain accurate support records, issue logs, asset notes, user details, and basic service documentation.

Reporting: Prepare simple ticket summaries, support updates, issue reports, and activity notes for supervisors or management.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in technical support, service desk, IT coordination, customer support, office technology support, or technical administration is preferred.

Technical Understanding: You have a practical understanding of computers, email systems, user accounts, software access, printers, and common workplace technology issues.

Communication Skills: You can explain technical information clearly and professionally to users with different levels of technical knowledge.

Organisation: You can manage multiple support requests, update records accurately, and follow service processes carefully.

Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared files, ticketing systems, and basic technical support tools.

Mindset: You are dependable, patient, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise requests, follow up properly, and keep technical support moving.

Pay: £2,300.00-£2,700.00 per month
