Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient juice and smoothie bar worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of food and beverages and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service within a vibrant café setting, ensuring customers enjoy a positive experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including juices, smoothies, coffee, tea.
Assist customers with their orders in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches and crepes
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment in accordance with food safety standards
Keep an eye on supplies and ensure the cafe is well-organised throughout the shift.
Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing any enquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience or serving background is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
Friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an engaging working environment where you can develop your skills in food service while providing exceptional customer care. We welcome motivated individuals eager to contribute positively to our team.
