Summer Restaurant Supervisor (Seasonal)

Location: Pizza Jockeys
Contract: Mid July – Mid August (with the opportunity to stay on permanently subject to business requirements)
Hours: Full Time – Including Evenings & Weekends
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

Join us for the busiest and most exciting part of the summer!

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team during our busiest season.

This is a temporary role from mid July to mid August, but for the right person there's a genuine opportunity to stay with us in a permanent supervisory or management position once the summer ends.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading a team and love delivering fantastic customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Leading shifts and supporting the management team.
Supervising front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
Motivating and supporting the team during busy periods.
Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries.
Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
Ensuring excellent food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
Helping train and coach new team members.
Monitoring service standards and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Supporting stock control and daily restaurant operations.

We're looking for someone who

Has previous experience supervising or leading a hospitality team.
Is confident managing a fast-paced service.
Leads by example with a positive attitude.
Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and peak trading days.
Loves working as part of a close-knit team.
