Full job description

Salary: £26,847 - £28,153 per annum

Grade: E
Contract Type: Fixed Term contract until 31st March 2027

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire

Are you someone who enjoys working with figures and spreadsheets? Are you a great communicator who can think on their feet and problem solve? Are you looking for a full-time role with a fixed term contract for 6 months where you can work within our core hours Monday – Friday?

Our office provides a welcoming working environment, and we offer flexible hybrid working, where our home working is supported with technology to make it seamless. Importantly, we are keen to ensure we support your individual training and development needs. Full training will be provided for the role using online training and peer to peer support.

Please note that this post is currently based in Northallerton but there is also a possibility of working from our Harrogate office.

The role of the team is to provide a high standard of financial administrative support to a range of service teams.

The job description provides a wide range of admin tasks that may not be relevant to this specific role, duties will include:

Payment of invoices to providers

Raising of invoices to clients for care received

Data input including adding information to budgetary spread sheets.

The skills you will need to demonstrate for this role are:

Good use of computer packages particularly Microsoft Excel

Strong organisational and time management skills

Using your own initiative

Ability to work to deadlines

Good communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive issues (GDPR)

The ability to work confidently and effectively with people across the organisation
