B2B Appointment Setter — Part-Time / Flexible / Full - Time

Novu Payments | Northern Ireland
Part-time / Freelance / Self-employed opportunities considered

The Opportunity

Novu Payments is a growing Northern Ireland card payments business helping SMEs reduce and simplify the cost of accepting card payments.

We're looking for an experienced, confident B2B Appointment Setter to work directly with the business owner and generate qualified appointments with local businesses. For the right person looking to develop this role could develop quickly in to a hybrid field based closing role.

This isn't a hard-closing role.

Your job is simple: speak with business owners and decision makers, identify genuine opportunities and book qualified appointments into our diary.

We handle the consultation, proposal and sale from there.

What You'll Be Doing

Outbound calling to businesses across Northern Ireland
Speaking directly with owners and decision makers
Introducing Novu Payments in a short, straightforward way
Identifying businesses open to reviewing their current card payment provider
Booking qualified appointments into our diary
Where appropriate, requesting merchant statements for review
Keeping accurate notes and updating prospect information
Following up warm opportunities

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in people with previous experience in:

B2B telesales
Appointment setting
Ability to. prospect ideal businesses using Google or other methods without any 'warm' or 'pre-qualified' data lists.
Merchant services / card payments
SaaS or other SME-focused sales

You should be comfortable making outbound calls and speaking confidently with business owners.

We're open to discussing the right arrangement with the right person.

This could suit someone looking for:

A longer-term opportunity with a growing payments business

The initial arrangement will be focused on proving results, with the opportunity to increase hours and responsibility as the business grows.

Package:

We're open to structuring this around a retainer/basic payment plus performance-related earnings for qualified appointments, depending on experience and working arrangement.

Strong performance will be rewarded and there is scope for the role to grow substantially alongside Novu.
