Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong computer literacy skills and a passion for customer service to develop their career within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and follow-up communications with clients.
Assist in the organisation of sales meetings and events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are handled efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone.
Support the sales team with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain organised records of sales transactions and client interactions to facilitate future follow-ups.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrable IT literacy and computer skills, including familiarity with computerised record systems.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently within a team environment.
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous. This position offers an engaging work environment where organisational excellence and effective communication are valued highly. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to supporting our sales operations through exceptional administrative support.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
