Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage incoming calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel
Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and packages with accuracy and confidentiality
Maintain appointment schedules and organise meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged effectively
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support other administrative staff with ad hoc tasks as required to facilitate office operations

Experience

Previous office experience is desirable, demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
Proven administrative experience, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and customer service
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a collaborative approach within the team
