Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Bar Staff member and become the heartbeat of an energetic and welcoming environment! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages efficiently and accurately, following all food safety standards.
Greet customers warmly, take orders promptly, and provide excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-serving.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Collaborate with team members to manage busy periods smoothly and ensure timely service delivery.
Follow all health, safety, and food safety regulations diligently to uphold a safe environment for staff and guests.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that engages customers.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices.
Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
