The site
We are currently undertaking the retro-fit of a large site in Manchester consisting of 312 homes split across 4 15-storey high-rise tower blocks and low-rise terraced properties.
This involves carrying out decarbonisation works across all residential buildings to increase energy efficiency under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.
The scope of works includes extensive façade remediation, external wall insulation, cladding replacement, balcony alterations to create enclosed “winter gardens”, roof works, and the integration of enhanced fire and smoke ventilation measures.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced Retro-fit Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for managing the property refurbishments across the site. You will have a background in decarbonisation, specifically around EWI, cladding replacement, external facades and ideally previous high rise experience.
You will play a critical role in ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standards, within one of the most heavily regulated construction environments in the UK.
