About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our award-winning team at the British Ironwork Centre. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a high standard of customer service via phone, email, and other channels
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Handle customer queries, issues, and complaints professionally, aiming for positive outcomes
Investigate and resolve complex customer concerns, including escalations
Support online reputation management, including generating positive customer feedback
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence
Stay up to date with company products, services, and updates
Provide support to other business areas when required

Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
