About Us

CRS – Complete Roofing Solutions is a growing roofing company committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking roofer to join our team.

Essential Requirements

Time-served roofer with proven roofing experience.
Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
Ability to work confidently on all aspects of pitched and flat roofing.
Experience with roof repairs, re-roofs, leadwork, fascia, soffits, guttering, and general roofing maintenance.
Strong understanding of roofing regulations, health & safety, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
Professional attitude and good communication skills when dealing with customers.
Physically fit and comfortable working at height.
Ability to diagnose roofing issues and provide practical solutions.
Own tools essential.

Desirable Qualifications

CSCS Card.
PASMA, IPAF, or Working at Height certification.
Experience with EPDM, GRP fibreglass, slate, tile, and leadwork.
First Aid certification.
Experience supervising apprentices or labourers.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard.
Work safely and efficiently on domestic and commercial properties.
Identify roofing defects and recommend suitable repairs.
Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Assist in training junior team members where required.
Complete jobs within agreed timescales.
