Full job description

Due to growth in the business, we are looking to extend our team again and are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and established working environment, where you’ll play an important role in keeping the day to day running of the business, smooth and efficient.

About the Role

As our Admin Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our daily operations, providing comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining office filing systems, both digital and physical.
Handling incoming calls and correspondence, directing enquiries as appropriate.
Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Ordering and managing office supplies.
Liaising with suppliers / customers.
General administrative tasks.
Assisting with any other duties that may be required.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Previous experience using SAGE is desirable, but not essential.
