We are a Fully private Dental Practice in Pinner, Northwest London. The practice has been providing dental treatments for over 30 years and is highly regarded by its patients with over 350 x 5* Google reviews.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced, friendly and customer-focused receptionist for 5 days per week on a permanent basis.

As a small practice it is imperative that you are easy to get along with, hardworking and enjoy your work to create a fun and harmonious working environment.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be expected to confidently speak to patients, manage the diary and general admin/reception duties.

In addition to standard skill sets expected of an experienced nurse, other desirable qualities would include:

Experienced in interacting with New and current patient enquiries.
Learning on the job about the industry if no dental background.
Be willing to learn, develop your skills and enhance your career.
Willingness to be flexible, for the greater benefit of the practice.
Adhere to the practice culture, including patient interaction and retention.
