About The Role

Job Title: DocuSafe Administrator
Salary: £28,511.79 per annum
Location: BCA Peterborough, On site
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week (8am - 5pm)
Job Status: Permanent

Main Purpose of The Role:

We are looking for a Document Administrator to provide secure storage and indexing of paper records.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management; email communication with vendors, point of contact for vendors, preparing reports upon request, dealing with any adhoc queries from vendors
Electronically scanning documents (V5)
Filing, Retrieving and dispatching documents.
Document management and data verification.
Answering and responding to telephone and email enquiries.
Uploading document requests from both customer and AS400.
Preparing daily Post.
Preparing monthly bulk taxation files
Excel Reporting
Ensuring that any SLA’s entered between our customers and BCA are met or exceeded
Customer relationship management

Knowledge and Experience required:

Good organisational ability
Build good working relationships
Good knowledge of excel – essential
General PC skills and awareness
Preparing and distribution of reports experience
Keen eye for detail
Communicate effectively at all levels
