Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our catering establishment. Previous experience in catering and serving is highly desirable but not esential. Training will be provided.

Duties

Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
Provide information about menu options, including special dietary requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
Experience working in a restaurant environment or similar setting is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour to enhance guest satisfaction
