Job Summary

Are you looking to start a career in property? Have you got transferable skills in customer service, compliance, or administration? We’re expanding our team and are on the lookout for a Trainee Property Manager who is organised, proactive, and great with people.

Duties - What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting Property Manager with around 150 properties.
Building strong, trusted relationships with landlords and tenants.
Carrying out inspections, inventories, and ensuring properties meet compliance standards.
Supporting a Property Manager and helping to handle maintenance issues quickly and visiting properties when needed.
Supporting key compliance projects.

Skills - About You

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

Highly organised, good admin skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
Able to balance a busy workload while staying calm under pressure.
Proactive, solution-focused, and confident making decisions.
Interested in property, compliance, and building a career in the industry.

Previous property industry experience is great — but not at all essential. If you have transferable skills in customer service, administration, or compliance, and the right attitude to learn, we’ll support you with training and development.

Full UK Driving licence required. Own car required.

What We Offer

· A salary of £25,000 - 26,000 rising to £27000 after 6 months, DOE.
