Full job description

We are currently seeking a shining star Front of House - Receptionist to join Swiss Aesthetics. As a Swiss Aesthetics Receptionist, you will assist in the running of the clinic on a day to day basis whilst ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service and client care at all times.

The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic and upbeat individual joining an extremely busy and demanding aesthetic and skin clinic. They will be required to have excellent communication skills and enjoy creating rapport with clients in a friendly and professional environment.

We would require that you be flexible with shift times and would require weekends.

We require an immediate start for this role

Responsibilities include:

Meeting and greeting all clients
Managing diary bookings
Payments
Handling telephone calls and email enquiries
Acquiring extensive product and treatment knowledge
Selling products and treatment courses
Assisting doctors
Handling complaints
Report to your manager weekly
Working well as a team player with a large team to meet deadlines and tasks
Managing doctors files and consultation forms

Key skills required:

Excellent written and verbal communication
Multitasking
Strong client-facing skills
Must be a team player with great contact with clients/employees
Time management
Professional telephone manner
Committed and reliable
Professional, smart and presentable

We would require knowledge within the beauty or aesthetic industry for this position or basic front-of-house/management skills.
