Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Car Mechanic to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly and reliably, providing exceptional service and technical support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in automotive care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical knowledge to identify issues accurately.
Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, suspension, and electrical components.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems effectively.
Carry out heavy lifting tasks safely when handling engine parts or heavy components during repairs or maintenance.
Maintain detailed service records, update work orders, and ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and advising on maintenance needs to clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Car Mechanic or in a similar automotive repair role with strong mechanical knowledge.
Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and vehicle repair manuals.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques for vehicle repairs.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, equipment repair methods, and safety protocols.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as required for certain repair tasks

We are looking for permanent or part time reliable mechanic and also for a self employed mechanic .

Pay: £700.00-£750.00 per week
