Overview

We currently have openings for a Hip Hop teacher and a Ballet teacher. At Wolfpack, we’re about more than just classes, we’re building a supportive, welcoming space where dancers of all ages can grow, connect, and belong. If you’re an experienced, reliable teacher who shares that passion for community and culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Must have DBS and public Liability insurance

Duties

Deliver engaging dance lessons across various styles suitable for different age groups and skill levels.
Develop customised lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and progressions.
Provide constructive feedback to students to encourage improvement and confidence.
Organise and oversee dance rehearsals, performances, and studio events.
Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere that motivates students to reach their full potential.
Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to studio health and safety protocols.
Assist with studio organisation, including scheduling classes and managing student attendance records.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with dance trends.

Skills

Proven experience teaching dance or related movement arts; certification or formal training in dance is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate students of diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan lessons effectively.
Creativity in lesson planning and choreography development.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
Enthusiasm for fostering a positive learning environment that encourages growth and enjoyment of dance.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during school holidays as required.
A professional attitude with a commitment to promoting health, safety, and inclusivity within the studio environment.

Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
