Full job description

Join Our Team as a Receptionist at Kew, Richmond Clinic!

We are looking for a friendly and proactive receptionist to join our team in our Kew, Richmond clinic.

Your Role:

Be the first point of contact, greeting patients with a friendly smile and addressing their inquiries effectively.
Manage appointment scheduling using our diary software, handle payments, and ensure treatment rooms are always stocked and patient-ready.
Respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of communication.
Oversee the reception area, provide refreshments for visitors, and keep communal spaces tidy and inviting.
Support the team with general office administration tasks, including filing, updating records, and completing spreadsheets.

What We’re Looking For:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, confident, and self-motivated approach to work.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Full flexibility required, available to work 15-30 hours per week, including Saturdays.

Start date: August 2026
