About HUM2N
HUM2N is a physician-led longevity, preventative medicine and regenerative aesthetics clinic dedicated to helping individuals optimise how they look, feel and perform.
Combining advanced diagnostics, precision medicine, longevity therapies and regenerative aesthetic treatments, we deliver personalised, evidence-based programmes designed to improve healthspan, performance, appearance and quality of life.
Operating across our flagship Chelsea clinic and HUM2N at Six Senses London, we are redefining the future of healthcare through a proactive, preventative and outcomes-focused approach.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded and patient-focused Aesthetic & Longevity Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
This is not a traditional administrative or reception role.
This is a highly commercial position responsible for driving patient acquisition, consultation conversion, programme sales, membership growth, practitioner utilisation, patient retention and revenue generation across both clinics.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to convert enquiries into consultations and treatments, maximise practitioner utilisation, grow membership enrolment, increase patient lifetime value and contribute directly to the commercial success of HUM2N.
The Role
As an Aesthetic & Longevity Treatment Coordinator, you will play a central role in the growth and performance of the business.
You will guide patients through their entire HUM2N journey—from initial enquiry through consultation, treatment planning, programme enrolment and ongoing care.
You will work closely with practitioners, clinicians, the concierge team and management to ensure exceptional patient experiences while driving clinic performance and revenue growth.
This role combines:
- Patient consultation and coordination
- Sales and conversion
- Membership and programme sales
- Practitioner diary management
- Patient retention and rebooking
- Lead management
- Commercial reporting
- Practitioner utilisation management
You will take ownership of lead conversion, patient engagement, diary efficiency and revenue generation across both HUM2N locations.
This role operates across HUM2N Chelsea and HUM2N at Six Senses London on a rota basis, including some Saturdays. Flexibility to work across both sites is essential.
