Full job description

Debron Fabrication Ltd is a growing steel fabrication company specialising in structural steelwork, pipework and CNC plasma cutting.

We are looking for a highly organised individual to take ownership of our Health, Safety and Compliance administration while also providing day to day administrative support to our office team.

This is a key role within the business, ensuring our compliance systems are maintained to a high standard while helping keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of all Health & Safety administration.
Prepare and maintain RAMS, site documentation and H&S files.
Manage training records, certifications and competency matrices.
Maintain subcontractor approvals and customer compliance portals.
Assist with BS EN 1090 quality documentation and records.
Ensure company accreditations and compliance documentation remain up to date.
Support ISO and quality management systems (experience desirable).
Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
General office administration.

About You

You'll be organised, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility for compliance within a busy engineering environment.

Ideally you'll have experience in:

Health & Safety administration.
Construction, engineering or steel fabrication.
BS EN 1090 documentation
Contractor accreditation systems, i.e. Safe Contractor
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a growing fabrication business where you'll have real responsibility and the opportunity to develop your role.

This position is full time, the hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, however, we are willing to be flexible and there may be the option to work 7:00am - 3:30pm.
