Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in public relations and social media management, with a passion for storytelling and brand representation. You will work closely with our marketing team to craft authentic content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.

Duties

Develop and produce high-quality user-generated content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Manage and curate content across multiple social media channels, ensuring consistency in tone and style
Engage with our online community, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty
Collaborate with influencers, customers, and partners to encourage content creation and sharing
Monitor social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content strategies
Assist in planning campaigns that leverage user content to maximise reach and impact
Maintain organised records of content submissions, permissions, and engagement metrics

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or content creation, preferably within a digital marketing environment
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices in online communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English
Creative flair with the ability to produce compelling visual and written content
Organised, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms is desirable
Passionate about engaging audiences authentically through innovative storytelling techniques
