We are looking to recruit a Delivery Performance Manager.

Core Responsibilities

Lead and performance manage the learning delivery team of trainers
Manage the team against KPIs, ensuring learners complete on time, learner experience measures through data
Use data daily to drive improvement and performance
Embed best practice processes, coach, develop and upskill team through CPD and capacity building
Drive performance to achieve best in class learner experience
Develop effective ways of working to maximise resources
Monthly management reporting demonstrating success and areas for improvement
For areas of the Quality Improvement plan and working alongside the Quality team
Manage external stakeholder relationships with customers and resolve service issues when needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt internal systems, including Learner management systems for example BUD systems
An ambassador for Kingdom Academy & group
Stay resilient and agile through change

What we need from you - skill base requirements:

Experience

Proven experience in the delivery and management of apprenticeship and commercial qualifications programmes
Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing performance metrics that meet the needs of the governing agencies and awarding bodies
Experience in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to provide the best in class service
Experience of working in a fast paced, growth environment, being a ambassador of change.
Knowledge of the requirements of an Ofsted Inspection
