Store Manager – Ripon (Trespass & Nevisport)

Trespass Ripon is looking for a Store Manager to take the reins and lead the team across our dual-brand store — Trespass and Nevisport, side by side under one roof. If you're commercially sharp, brilliant with people, and ready for your next step, keep reading.

As part of Jacobs & Turner Ltd, our stores bring together Trespass and our sister brand Nevisport, giving customers an even wider range under one roof — and giving you a bigger, more varied store to run.

The Role

Full-time Store Manager, driving sales and service across both the Trespass and Nevisport ranges in our Ripon store. You'll own the numbers, own the team, and own the customer experience — for both brands.

What you'll do:

Drive sales & profit — turn commercial awareness into real results across both ranges
Lead from the front — set the standard for outstanding service
Build your team — recruit, train, and motivate people who deliver
Own the look — keep the store sharp with strong visual merchandising for both brands
Manage stock smart — right availability, minimal shrinkage, across a wider product range
Protect the store — strong security and loss prevention

What we're looking for:
A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives under pressure and gets a kick out of a busy shop floor. This is a great opportunity for a supervisor or assistant manager ready to take the next step — you don't need to have run a store before, just proven the leadership to run one now.

You'll need:

Supervisory or assistant management experience — outdoor, sports, or fashion retail a plus
A head for numbers — comfortable reading KPIs and acting on them
A genuine love of great service
Real people skills — you can train, develop, and motivate a team
Sharp organisation — juggling daily operations without missing a beat
