We are now seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Relationship Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, developing accounts and driving business growth within a supportive and high performing environment.
The Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts while acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer journey. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure they receive the highest standard of service across all Property Solutions Group offerings.
This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who is confident managing relationships, identifying opportunities and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are fully updated on ongoing cases
- Manage client meetings both online and in person.
- Develop and grow business opportunities within allocated accounts
- Recommend tailored solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for each case
- Oversee client pipelines across property sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional PSG services
- Manage and support your own team to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
- Ensure clients fully understand the benefits and value of Property Solutions Group services
- Maintain accurate records and updated on the business’ CRM system.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building ability
- Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate with experience using Office 365 applications
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of the probate process
- Experience valuing properties
- Background in estate agency or property sales
- Previous experience within the property sector
