Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and service teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise strong communication and analysis skills within a dynamic environment. The Service Coordinator will play a vital part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and professional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule small works for a team of Service & Maintenance technicians
Allocate work efficiently based on technician availability, location and competency.
Manage re-bookings, cancellations and scheduling.
Liaise with clients regarding booking dates, access requirements and operational updates.
Ensure technicians receive accurate job information, RAMS and site requirements.
Send RAMS onto clients if required
Proof reading of engineers reports and liaising with the quotation team
Maintain accurate records within company planning systems.

Skills

Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport with diverse clients and team members. This role offers an engaging environment where organisational excellence, communication prowess, and a proactive approach are valued highly. The Service Coordinator will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service experiences while supporting organisational growth through effective coordination and client engagement.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
