Olive by Nicholas James is looking for a new General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Manager to lead our operations with passion and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily activities, driving sales growth, managing a diverse team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a leader, you will cultivate a vibrant team environment, implement strategic initiatives, and uphold the highest standards of management and organizational excellence. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve goals, optimize merchandising efforts, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding sales performance and superior customer service.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
Manage daily operations including stock control, merchandising, staffing schedules, and administrative tasks with precision.
Supervise team members’ training, performance evaluations, and professional development to build a high-performing workforce.
Maintain a clean, organized environment that aligns with company standards and promotes safety.
Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities and brand visibility.

Requirements
