Sales Administrator

Daymark are specialists in the design and production of high-quality self-adhesive labels, stickers and tags to a diverse range of industries. Continued growth means we are currently looking to recruit a Sales administrator to join our team.

Job Purpose:

To assist in the development of sales and sales opportunities through a pro-active approach that delivers great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales – to increase sales through the conversion of incoming phone and email sales enquiries.
Enquiries – to complete quotation enquiries and return in the agreed timescale, ensuring good communication throughout the process.
Customer Service – Working with existing and new customers to deliver first-class service, building strong and sustainable relationships
Knowledge – to develop a good understanding of products and processes. Offering advice and support to provide best solution to customer requirements.

A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proven skills in the following:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Good administration skills
Ability to manage your own workload
Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate confidence in speaking to customers via telephone.

Training and Development:

We will provide on the job training for all aspects of this role, as part of your employment.
