Dental Receptionist

Private Specialist Dental Practice – Pinner 30 - 35 hours per week

We are a well-established private specialist dental practice in Pinner seeking a proactive and professional Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong front-of-house experience who enjoys delivering exceptional patient care in a high-quality healthcare environment.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ front-of-house/customer service experience
SOE experience
Confident and professional telephone manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Positive, team-focused attitude
High standard of personal presentation
GDC registration advantageous (not essential)
SOE (Exact Software) experience beneficial (training provided)

The Role

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and visitors
Managing incoming calls and emails
Booking and coordinating appointments
Taking payments and managing retail sales
Processing referrals
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting clinicians with administrative tasks
Managing and optimising the practice diary

Above all, you will help ensure every patient has a smooth, caring and professional experience throughout their journey with us.
