Customer Liaison Officer – Social Housing - Working as part of a growing family business!

Job Locations - Mansfield, based form the office in Huthwaite, Sutton in Ashfield and on site across homes in Mansfield District Council area

Salary – £27,500 - Car allowance. Fuel Card, Private Health Care, Company Pension, Discounted Gym Membership and competition annual leave package,

Dodd Group was formed in 1947 in Shropshire and has remained a privately owned family business ever since. With an unrivalled reputation within the building services sector, we offer a comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, installation and maintenance service across many sectors.

The role -

We require an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to help Dodd Group deliver a new project for Mansfield District Council. You will be advising tenants of the delivery of their replacement Kitchen and Bathroom programme in occupied social housing.

Primary functions –

Meeting with customers to explain the project and the works involved.
Obtain details about the customer, and special requirements they have, and the property to be worked upon.
Liaise with the customer to obtain kitchen colour choices (CLO will have sample boards with colour charts etc).
Liaise with the customer and kitchen supplier to conduct full measured surveys – may also need to include Dodd Group Supervisors.
Ensure the customers are ready ahead of works starting, including ensuring cupboards are empty and work areas are clean and clear.
Liaise with the customer and Supervisor through the works to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate any programme changes etc.
Contact customers after work completion to obtain feed back and check they are happy with works.

Essentials –

IT literacy
Full driving licence and access to a car
Great communication skills
Social housing background an advantage
Customer centric.
