About the Role

· Salary between £43,098.48 - £46,743.48

· 243 hours per month (3 on 3 off shift pattern)

· 310 hours annual leave

· May be required to complete sleeps

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team, supporting young people in a safe nurturing and positive environment. You will play a vital role in promoting their wellbeing, development independence while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

You will act as a positive role model, combining hands-on care with leadership responsibilities to support both young people and staff team.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Key Responsibilities

· Safeguard and promote the welfare of all young people, always ensuring their safety and wellbeing

· Lead shifts and support the team with supervision, training and performance development

· Support the emotional, physical, educational and social development of each young person

· Maintain accurate and high-quality records in line with policies and procedures

· Contribute to care plans and risk assessments, including their review and implementation

· Ability to lead by example and work in line with legislation and best practice

· Ability to build positive relationships and maintain professional boundaries

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Willingness to undertake sleep-in duties as part of the role
