About Us
The Shower Doctor Ltd is a well-established and growing business specialising in shower and bathroom spare parts, repairs, and replacements. We support customers across the UK, from homeowners to trade professionals, and pride ourselves on practical expertise and excellent service.

The Role
We are looking for a reliable and practical Shower Service Technician to join our team. Based out of our Edinburgh warehouse, you’ll travel to customer locations across Edinburgh and surrounding areas in a company van, diagnosing, repairing, and replacing faulty showers.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Attend scheduled service call-outs at customer properties
Diagnose faults with showers and related systems
Carry out repairs or replacements efficiently and professionally
Provide clear advice to customers when needed
Maintain accurate records of work completed

What We’re Looking For

Practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
Experience in plumbing, electrical work, or both (preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively

Training will be provided, so this role could suit someone with transferable skills looking to specialise.
