Part time | 2 Days per week Accounts & Administration (Flexible Monday-Friday) - Salary dependant on experience

Sunbury On Thames office based

About us -

CJ DIESEL INJECTION is a long - established diesel fuel injection company supplying and servicing customers across the UK. We are looking for an organised, reliable and proactive individual to join our small and friendly team in a varied office - based role.

This position combines bookkeeping and office administration with website management, e-commerce and social media, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of finance, organization and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities -

Accounts and administration -

Processing purchase invoices, Delivery notes and credit notes
Recording supplier and customer payments
Managing Petty cash
Writing invoices
Helping to take telephone calls and taking messages
Reconciling Card payment receipts
Filing Financial documents and maintaining accurate records
Manage and record all payments coming in and out
Monthly rent and insurance entries
Stock checks and ordering
Website management and
General office administration and organising.Website, E- Commerce & Marketing
Liaising with Website managers keeping the information up to date
Uploading and maintaining products on our online shop
Helping grow the companies online presence
Managing and responding to online enquiries

Additional duties -

Packing customer orders when required
Maintaining an organised Office environment
Assisting with general day to day tasks
Identifying ways to improve office processes and efficiency.

Hours -

2 days per week
Flexible working days between Monday and Friday (ideally consecutive days)
8-5/9-6 optional
Additional hours may occasionally be available to cover holiday and busy periods.

What we’re looking for -

Bookkeeping or accounts administration experience
Highly organised
Good telephone etiquite and a friendly attitude towards customers
A fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and retain new information
Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise their workload
Is confident using Microsoft office and computer systems
Is willing to learn new software and systems
Can work independently and use own initiative
Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a small team
Experience with sage highly desirable but not essential
Knowledge or interest in the Motor industry desirable not essential
Full Driving liscence preferable
