Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beauty treatments and personalised services to clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in skincare, makeup application, and customer care to develop their skills within a dynamic environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Assist in promoting services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth
Ensure all treatments are carried out professionally, adhering to recognised standards of quality

Experience

Prior experience in beauty therapy or related fields is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
Ability to work well within a team and independently as required
