Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a genuine passion for lettings. This role focuses on conducting lettings valuations, liaising with landlords and tenants, managing property listings, and ensuring a smooth negotiation process.

Responsibilities

Conduct lettings valuations and provide landlords with informed advice on market rental levels.
Carry out property viewings, presenting homes professionally and highlighting key features to prospective tenants.
Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, valuations, and property details using our systems.
Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for all parties.
Stay up to date with market trends, local area knowledge, and lettings legislation to provide accurate advice.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Experience

Previous lettings or property administration experience is essential, particularly in handling client documentation and records.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
