Full job description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced
- Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the quality and freshness of products
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the front end area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, restaurant, hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
