Job Overview

We are seeking a keen and enthusiastic Office Assistant/Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive work environment, support team coordination, and enhance overall office productivity. Responsibilities

Manage case management systems and database
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like Microsoft Office and Case Management Software
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events or activities
Support bookkeeping and invoicing processes by preparing financial documents and tracking expenses
Handle correspondence via email and phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Experience

Strong computer skills, with the ability to learn new case management systems and software.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and maintaining accurate records
Eye for accuracy and detail.
