Office and restaurant-site based – Birmingham and the Midlands

Our collection of successful restaurant brands includes Lasan, Fiesta del Asado and Sonrisa.

We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing & Design Manager to join our Head Office team and lead marketing activity across the group.

This is a hands-on role combining marketing strategy, campaign delivery, content creation and graphic design. You will work from our Head Office and regularly visit our restaurants to capture content, understand the guest experience and bring each brand to life.

What it’s all about

You will:

Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that increase awareness, footfall and revenue;
Create an annual marketing calendar that capitalises on seasonal opportunities, key dates and restaurant events;
Plan, create and manage engaging social media content across the group;
Adapt campaigns and communications for the distinct identity and audience of each restaurant brand;
Design high-quality assets for digital and printed campaigns, including social media, menus, posters, email marketing and in-restaurant materials;
Produce engaging written content for online and offline channels;
Coordinate photography, videography and other creative content;
Use guest behaviour, campaign results and industry trends to inform future activity;
Maintain consistent brand standards across every guest touchpoint;
Work closely with restaurant managers and senior leaders to understand commercial priorities;
Manage external creative partners, printers and suppliers where required;

The person we’re looking for

You will be highly creative, proactive and able to turn ideas into well-executed campaigns. You will understand that successful hospitality marketing must do more than look attractive—it must connect with the right audience and deliver measurable commercial results.

Our ideal candidate will:

Have proven experience in a marketing, design or brand management role;
Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and campaign work;
Be confident creating content for digital, social media and printed channels;
Have excellent copywriting and communication skills;
Understand social media planning, audience engagement and performance reporting;
Be comfortable managing several brands, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously;
Have excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency;
Be commercially aware and able to evaluate campaign performance;
Work confidently both independently and collaboratively;
Have an interest in restaurants, food, drink and the wider hospitality industry;
Be comfortable working between Head Office and our restaurant sites.
